The ALPHA myofascial release massage ball measures in at a sizable 3.5″ in diameter, providing a massive amount of shear and grip over larger areas of the body. The dense core and softer out layer allows you to roll deep into large muscle mass while allowing you to roll over bony prominences. The ALPHA is like the kneading fist of your favorite massage therapist, ideal for areas like the low back, pecs, buttocks, hips and other large muscle mass. There is absolutely nothing like it!
Designed by Jill Miller these massage therapy balls are not your typical myofascial release tools. Even more effective than foam rollers, they can be used to target specific trigger points and high-tension areas in your body.
