Yoga Therapy Ball PLUS Pair

The Therapy Ball PLUS massage ball measures about 2 3/4″ in diameter and comes as a pair in a snug grip tote. These soft tool self-massage balls cover more surface area than the YTU OG’s, and add height – reducing pain and erasing stress from larger fascial layers and muscle groups. The specialized dense core and soft outer layer gently, but firmly, mimics deep massage techniques. Use a solo ball for targeted trigger point therapy or as a pair to disperse pressure.

Designed by Jill Miller these massage therapy balls are not your typical myofascial release tools. Even more effective than foam rollers, they can be used to target specific trigger points and high-tension areas in your body.
